EFFECT A CHANGE By Richard Abaikpa

Imagine going for an interview in a certain business institute, and boom! you got the job, as Head of Supervisors, after some months based on your extraordinary performance and effective results you are promoted to a managing director.

Couple of years later there's an interview for a vacant position and some persons got the job after an interview, then one of them happened to be your former Boss who ill treated you and eventually led to your dismissal🤔🤔🤔 curious right??

Knowing that your the Boss to her boss after a former introduction before they stood still awaiting your immediate arrival, at the sight of you..

Her intestines starts dangling like the strings of a Lead Guitar, Her heart paused as though to take a deep breath,
Her kidneys traps like a high hats and her liver cracked like a baked cake,
Her head ached as though it is a Bass Drum and Her blood froze like it's been in a freezer.

And then you spoke before she could even greet,
"Hello Madam, wow, great to see you again, it's been a long time, how have you been? and how's the family?
It's good you got the job congratulations"

Then it becomes a smooth time all through for her.
With this single act you have just saved a life, and it cost you nothing. And you have just changed the future of many who are to come in contact with this person in their career life, you already made it easy for them by that single act.

MORAL LESSON:
You don't use the position you obtained to repay the wrong deeds of people you previously worked for, two wrongs can never make a right, don't repay evil with evil at times the things we refer to as evil are not evil because they are the most suitable object or circumstance we need to move to a Next and Higher level of Success except we want to be and remain Local Champions, at times these are basic principles and ethics of works.

Experience is never the best Teacher, Wisdom is the best Teacher.
When you gather the experiences and you fail to apply wisdom, you have failed before you even Start.

Maturity is when you use this wisdom to effect a change, remember, "Success" is impacting your world with the investment of your personality.
Not fighting back those who wronged you, that is abuse of responsibility and authority, remember, there's accountability.

See the change you desire, Become the change you desire,
Aspire to Inspire, Think like God, Keep your emotions aside and use the word.
That's how you effect a positive change and that's how you change the world.
